A consortium of AGP (Astaldi, Gulermak, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Dróg i Mostów Mińsk Mazowiecki) using TILOS (Time Location Planning Software) and Primavera Project Management Solution for managing Warsaw Metro Line 2 and make to purchase contract with DATCC.
We also delivered during contractual phase planning and scheduling consulting services for estimation of work schedule and budget.
AGP has won the PLZ 3,38 billion (€ 795 million) contract for the construction of Line 2 of the Warsaw Metro. The project will involve the construction of some 6 km of new underground railway between Rondo Daszynskiego in the city centre to Dworzec Wilenski in the northeast suburbs, on the other side of the River Wisla. The scheme will include seven stations. Completion of Warsaw's Line 2 is expected in 2013. Consortium includes Italy’s Astaldi, Poland's PBIDM and Turkey's Gulermak. Gulermak and Astaldi are currently also working together on the construction of the new underground rail network in Istanbul. Completion of Warsaw's Line 2 is expected in 2013.
TILOS is a time-location planning software for managing linear construction projects. TILOS was developed to improve visualization of repetitive tasks when planning and managing major projects. The time-distance diagram supports all highway, rail, tunnel, pipeline and bridge projects.
