In November, DAT Computer Concepts recieved an award from Outsourcing Magazine. The event took place on November 19th at the Hyatt hotel in Warsaw. During the ceremony, representatives from different companies didn't hide their excitement and satisfaction from the recieved title.
Describing the Polish outsourcing market for years, many times we have heard voices stating the need for an open talk about the quality and level of services. This need was not only showed by clients who used these services, but from the service providers as well. Reality is never ideal and in each aspect of business happens bad and unfair practice, even in the area of outsourcing. This is why we decided, with the help of a plebiscite, to show those who are known for trustworthiness and a good rating among partners. In our opinion, positive examples are more inspiring to the outsourcing environment rather than signs of pathology. In Poland, the market for outsourcing services is very broad. However, we did not choose to divide the participants into categories. As a main criterion we chose customer satisfaction, due to the fact that it is the best method to rate an outsourcer. And this is how the clients became the jury during this plebiscite. They rated the quality of services provided, sending out references. For this purpose, there were special questionnaires in which were different aspects rating the cooperation with outsourcers. The plebiscite was announced in September, and the filled out questionnaires were accepted until October 17th. Despite such a short time span, hundreds of references were sent to the editorial office! Just before the closing of the plebiscite, we were literally showered with references sent via fax and email. The questionnaires kept coming in till the late hours of the closing day. This makes us extremely happy, as it means that it is needed. It is also proof that for a larger number of entrepreneurs, outsourcing is stopping to be a taboo topic. The next step was to count all the sent questionnaires. According to the rules, which we chose, the top 10 companies which received the most points would receive the title of “Reliable Outsourcer”. Outsourcing Magazine
