Oracle Primavera is introducting timesheets once again under the name Oracle Primavera P6 Progress Reporter!
Timesheets deliver communications in real time between the resources working on a project and the project managers or team managers which work with Primavera while planning and managing the project. The members of the team which work in different locations can connect to the project database and report the work time on specific activities and send out information related to the project. Managers are able to add this data while updating the project at suitable times basing on the information on work hours and the activity status. Opinions, which may be attached to reported activities as well as notes from the Timesheets, make communication easier and more effective between Managers and the contractors.
Project team members, with the help of Timesheets can achieve:
- Reporting working hours for assigned activities to resources
- Insight and updates for specific activities
- Insight into notes and documents attached to activities
